Join Danesh’s Place – Where Creativity Meets Community!
Bonjour! I’m Danesh — a laid-back, hands-on host currently restoring a character-filled 18th-century house in the picturesque village of Arles-sur-Tech, nestled in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales.
🧱 Whether you're passionate about DIY, love getting creative with your hands, or simply want to learn new skills.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

✨ Your main tasks will include:
Light construction and woodworking
Sanding, painting, and decorating
Organizing and cleaning workspaces
Upcycling old materials into artistic or functional pieces
Creative input and design ideas are always appreciated!
🕐 Work schedule:
Around 25 hours per week
5 hours a day, 5 days a week
2 days off to explore, relax, or enjoy the surroundings
