I had a great at the hostel, the work is really straightforward and easy - take bedsheet off, make bed, hoover, mop - depending on how many beds need changing it doesn't take more than 2h and you get lot of time to explore the hostel :)

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel, so I ended up extending my stay. The work is really easy (making beds and cleaning the floor), and you have plenty of time to visit the hostel. Byron and the whole team also make everyone feel welcome, so I really recommend this experience!

Loved my time at the hostel so much. The location, amenities, the wonderful and accepting people - among the guests, fellow volunteers and staff alike, those already all of the things that this stay in the hostel unforgettable. The work is easy, chill and doesn't take too much time and effort so it's the perfect opportunity if you want to do wander around the city and beyond.

I stayed in the hostel for 21 days and it was one of the best hostel i've ever stayed in. Hostel is very clean and safe. It's located in the heart of the city, making it easy to go around the city. Work was easy, there are 2 shift: Morning shift: the hours totally depends on how many people have checked out that day. You start at 11:00 and change the bed sheets then vacuum the area and that's it so when those are done, you are done. Evening shift: you stay at the reception between from some time around 18:00-19:00 to 22:00 and welcome the new coming guests and guide them to their bed.

I loved this experience. The hostel staff make you feel comfortable immediately . the hostel is beautiful and very safe. The tasks are clear from the start, and you have plenty of time to explore Taiwan and learn ancient Chinese. I highly recommend this experience!

I was at the hostel for 3 weeks and the time flew by. The people are attracked to this hostel are young, so this creates a very nice atmosphere. Its VERY safe in the hostel. You approximately work 2 hours per day and the job is super easy. I would say that its very important to take in consideration: if you are a light sleeper this place wont be for you. There is always sound and music but they provide earbuds. I think the tradeoff is fair: you dont work much but you just get a sleep place. Showers are good and clean. SO/ to the cleaners they work so hard!! I will miss the friends i made

The hostel was truly the highlight of my trip. I met incredible people who became part of my heart. My original host canceled last minute, and the hostel kindly accepted me 15 days earlier than planned. The location is central, the tasks were exactly as described, and everything was very well organized. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the vibrant energy, the strong sense of community, and the amazing connection among staff and volunteers. I felt at home from day one!

I had a wonderful time at the hostel Wowhostel. I really wish i could have stayed longer!! The staff, guests and other volunteers are extraordinarily friendly and always there to help you out. The tasks are easy to do and you usually work with some other volunteers so they are done quickly too. The location of the hostel is also very central in the Ximending area. Overall, i definitely recommend this place!!
