Program Details

You'll have a beautiful but rustic jungle home in a 2 bedroom cabin w/ shared bathroom and a kitchen with a refrigerator. One of the rooms has a double bed (priority given to couples) and the other room has two single beds. We're totally off the grid. Living here is not for the nature phobic - there are all kinds of bugs and critters, sometimes irritating but not deadly (no vipers!)

The exchange includes 3 meals per day that are made by our staff in the main kitchen. The meals are healthy and delicious. Sometimes it will be the same food as guests and sometimes separate food is prepared for staff.

Perks :
You can use the Kayaks if not being used by the guests.
Yoga mats and blocks for your own practice.
Access to various hiking sites on the property.
Permaculture farm and cacao tour and handground chocolate.
process tasting.
Opportunity to join guests on tour, when not on tasks and
depending on availability.
Discount on some restaurants in the area that are part of a local hotel group

Activities & Shift

The shifts will all start at 430 pm and go to around 930 pm while on the exchange. We may ask for some assistance with guest check-ins but mostly the job will be bartender/server. You will get 2 days off per week.

Your schedule will vary from week to week according to the
reservations.
