I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! The guests and staff were more than friendly and I made amazing connections. Work was as described and other staff were understanding and helpful. Very grateful for this experience:)

The tasks were simple and you get a weekly schedule. You can choose between reception, night shift or activity depending on what suits you the best. The people were pretty kind and since most of the people who work there are from Argentina, one can increase their spanish skills quite easy. Tho there isn't a free dinner + the bedroom situation is not the best.

I had a really traumatic experience in the hostel, my phone got stolen in the hostel in my 2 day and the staff said they couldn't help me call the police because it would be bad for the hostel reviews, I had to deal with everything alone, expect with the help of another volunteer. They said it serves dinner for volunteer is also a lie, we got there and the manager said there's no more dinners happening. They gave us shifts with only 8 hours apart to rest. 4 volunteers girls quit the job early because of a situation that made us very uncomfortable.

I had a good time at the hostel, the work was very easy and left plenty of time for travelling to nearby cities in Sevilla. The other volunteers were great and I met lots of international travellers. If you're interested in volunteering here I'm happy to chat more if you message me :)
