I was staying in the rainforest protection camp for 10 days. You can really connect with nature. The work in the site is very rewarding and time flies by. The food is amazing cooked by lovely Acca. You can also meet a lot of different travellers from all around the world.

This experience was a huge pleasure for us. We feel like we have found a little family far from home with Jay, Methma and the other volunteers. It was a real and profound exploration of the ecosystems, wildlife and culture of Sri Lanka. They always tried to help and teach us, putting their heart in everything they do. We are forever grateful for this experience and we hope to return in a couple years to see how the forest and project has grown!

Thank you so much Carmen. It was so great to have you guys here and nothing beats Spanish vibe. Never ever had such an easy going and open duo with such kindness and acceptance. I am so please to have met you guys and having being able to host. You are always welcome at our place any day anytime. Love you two too <3

My girlfriend and I have spend one week with Jayantha and his team, working on the rainforest restoration project. And…what an experience ! We really enjoyed every moment, spending time in the rainforest working on the project, removing invasive plants, and working on making a better place to live for everyone. Being part of that project it's being part of a big family. And we are really grateful of every moment that we spent with the team 😊 So, thank you very much Jayantha and the team.

I stayed one week in the Rainforest Protection Camp and it was really fun and educative. The work is not too hard and it changes over time. All the people who work here do it with passion that's what I loved about it. You can escape from the busy touristic places and be in the nature all day while contributing to a better environment! I would definitely come again🌳🤎
