Program Details

We provide a room in our small house or if preferred, the use of our 30 foot RV situated in our yard adjacent to our house. We provide food for volunteers to make their own meals and/or help with meal prep for all of us. We expect approximately 5 hours of work , at least 4 days a week but welcome help if a volunteer would like to do more. We provide Wifi in the house only and all of the above is at no charge to the volunteer.

Activities & Shift

We are a small private ranch operation and have a relaxed schedule for the most part but we do expect assigned jobs to be completed in a timely fashion and done well. Other than morning and evening chorses ( ie. feeding the horses am and pm), daily scheduled activities/jobs can change day by day and so volunteers should expect to be flexible with scheduling. The ranch is a very quiet place therefore applicants should be ready for solitude, be able to work alone and fill their own time with personal activities.

Rules

Non smokers are prefered and we are non drinkers. If an applicant arrives and is not happy here we expect that person to have arrangements in place to continue traveling and find a placement more suited to their expectations.
