The experience

This is our experimental position .
This year we are going to open the summer time out door Bar in our yard
for the first time.
Please help us with creating menu and create positive , happy atmosphere !!
( if you are good with carpentry please help us with building bar counter ! )

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Japanese

Over 20 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Serve drinks , make cocktails , casher and keep the counter clean.
and make people smile :)

Activities & Shift

Regular Shift will be 6PM-10PM ( 4-5 hours per day )
you can have 2 days off per week but our shift is very flexible.
If you want to go for road trip and need few days off we are happy to cover your shift !

Please be a responsible bartender !
no serving alcohol under age (20 under )
if you see someone drunk and making mess or causing trouble,
please let us know ASAP!
