The experience

Are you good with your hands and like fixing things? We’re a peaceful and welcoming community looking for a volunteer who has some plumbing knowledge and is comfortable with DIY tasks. You'll be helping us maintain and improve our shared facilities — from kitchen sinks to simple repairs — all while enjoying a beautiful and meaningful place to stay.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate French or Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

What We’re Looking For:
Basic plumbing experience
DIY/handyman skills
Sense of responsibility and autonomy
Problem-solving attitude
Respect for shared spaces and community life


Activities & Shift

What You’ll Do:
Fix minor plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, simple installations)
Support with small maintenance tasks (furniture, fixtures, etc.)
Help us keep our space safe and functional
Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team

What You’ll Get:

Rules

Commitment:
~25 hours/week
