Do you love bringing people together and creating unforgettable moments? ✨
We’re looking for an Event Manager to run weekly activities — think BBQ nights, salsa classes, beach cleanups, or sunset hangouts. You’ll work with our team to boost the hostel’s social life and help travelers make memories!

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 24 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Mexico
