The experience

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled volunteers to help us in beautiful San Clemente, Ecuador. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades while contributing to the transformation of a boutique luxury hotel by the sea.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Beginner Spanish or Fluent English

Over 24 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

What we're looking for:

Painting: Help us refresh the walls and bring color to the rooms and common areas.

Construction: Assist with basic construction tasks to enhance our facilities.

Bamboo Work: If you have experience working with bamboo, we have several exciting projects to incorporate this sustainable material.

Electricity: Volunteers with knowledge of electrical work will help us upgrade and maintain our systems.

General Maintenance: We need strong hands for a variety of manual tasks to ensure the hotel is ready for our future guests.
