The experience

We are a conscious group of women who for 2 weeks require assistance in the kitchen. A light breakfast, lunch and a small dinner are the responsibilities. We source grass fed meat that will need included in with the organic vegetables and organic fresh fruit. Please provide me with information about your experience in cooking family meals. This will be free of grain, flour and dairy.

Activities & Shift

Preparing a cup of cacao by 6:30am and on days where we are not fasting you’ll prepare eggs and a smoothie or eggs and plantains with fresh fruit. Lunch is around 12 or 1 and dinner about 5:30. Of course when 2 toddlers are involved the schedule can change so needing someone who goes with the flow is best. We don’t need big fancy meals but nutritious food that is free from excessive oils and space. We mainly cook with beef tallow and ghee.

Rules

No rules but an agreement to honor the land, the animals we consume and those who call this home and be in a harmonious energetic space
