The experience

After many years managing www.serenelightgardens.org we resettled in a new location where we first are renovating a big house in the village and in the future we will be back co-creating community and permaculture.
At the moment we are looking especially help for totally renovating the 80-90m2 roof that is 12m high with some metal, mostly wood, insulation, new tiles a roof window and solar panels. We are looking for people with experience.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 22 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We have years of experience of being with volunteers (received 400+ in last project) and we put a lot of importance in communication so we will take into account day by day how everything feels best for everyone.

House is Vegetarian, drug and alcohol free. We do yoga, meditation and other healthy lifestyle activities.
