The experience

Join our friendly beachside team in Potam, South Albania. We serve fresh, local food with a creative twist.
You'll work 6 hours a day (split shifts), so there's still time to swim, relax, and explore.
We're closed on Mondays. Accomadation and Food included.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Want to spend your summer by the sea, surrounded by creativity, good food, and inspiring people?

We’re offering a limited number of volunteer spots at Plazhi i Sirenave, our beachside restaurant and art space on the Albanian Riviera. From May 15 to September 15, we’ll host a rotating crew of volunteers to help keep the vibe flowing.

What you’ll do
Volunteers support our daily rhythm—helping in the kitchen, the bar, the gallery, or with events. The tasks are simple but important: setting tables, prepping food, cleaning, helping with art setups, and being part of the daily energy.

Who we’re looking for

Immerse yourself in the raw beauty and rhythm of the Albanian Riviera—exploring ancient towns, hidden beaches, mountain trails, and dancing freely with locals under the stars.
– Explore Gjirokastër (UNESCO)
– Dive into Ali Pasha’s Castle or the Porto Palermo bunker
– Chill in Vuno or Dhërmi, or hike through Gjipe Canyon
– Visit Qeparo, Kudhës, or secret beaches like Filikuri
– Swim in crystal-clear bays like Jale and Livadhi
– Join local festivals or spontaneous Valle dances
