The experience

We are creating a vibrant rural co-living space in a beautiful masía located in the heart of Montseny Natural Park, just 1 hour from Barcelona.

We are in the beginning of our rural co-living project, and are starting to receive our first guests and we are looking for help. If you enjoy being around people and living in a community, this is a great opportunity to contribute to an exciting project in a beautiful natural setting!


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Over 25 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and responsible person to help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our rural co-living space. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping keep the space clean and organized, cleaning common areas and private rooms, maintaining the garden and the natural pool

Doing basic groceries and picking up guests from the nearby train station (driving license required)

Handling guest requests and making sure everyone feels at home

We start with a 2-week trial period, but ideally, we’re looking for someone who can stay 2–3 months and become a key part of our growing community. If you love people, nature, and building meaningful connections, we’d love to hear from you!


Rules

The official language in the community is English. Spanish is a plus to be able to communicate with the locals.
