The hostel, one of the best decisions I've made in a while, such a beautiful place, the activities are so fun to do, i didn't even feel like it was a job, but most importantly, the staff, the most amazing, kind, funny, welcoming, warm, genuine people I've met in a while and made me want to stay as long as i posible could. The communication with Carlos (the man that will be helping you as a volunteer) is so good and all I've needed has been handled, his attention and the dedication are amazing. I encourage everyone to come and live this experience, you wont regret it, i bet on it. Thankyou the hostel.

I had a great time the hostel. The staff and the volunteers were very open-hearted, very friendly and fun. I've never felt alone and when ever I needed help, someone was there. It's a great place to meet locals and international travellers and it was the most beautiful hostel I've ever been. Thanks to everybody for the amazing 4 weeks.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel, everyone was super welcoming and friendly and the location was beautiful :) We had some issues in the volunteer room, but overall I had a great volunteering experience doing the hostel activities.

The island and hostel are beautiful but a month is very long to spend here. The tasks are fun like leading beach trips and guacamole classes, however the morning and afternoon shifts are not equal in length/ effort. There is no cell service or wifi in the volunteer dorm and I wish I knew this before coming here. There is no indoor common space and outdoor wifi is spotty (I wouldn't recommend for digital the hostel). The staff meals are not the best, especially if you have dietary requirements or allergies- but they did get better towards the end. I recommend knowing a little bit of Spanish too!

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel, living the dream of staying on an island for a month. Isla Mujeres is such a beautiful place, and the tasks of animation are fun and easy. During my stay here, I was responsible for all the activities apart from yoga, so running walking and snorkeling tours, cooking and cocktail classes, promoting the parties, as well as beer pong/ping pong tournaments, and even just generally interacting with the guests. Arturo was super helpful all along the way, therefore special thanks to him.

This expérience was amazing, I loved everything, the place , the people, the job. I really enjoyed every single part of it. The best first experience I could have. I will definitely come back, anyone who got to do their volunteer work here is very lucky. Thank you for everything I will never forget it

Volunteering in the hostel Experience was part of a challenge for myself, in order to grow personally and having to step out of my confort zone, now I can say I'm completely another person that the one that walked in the first day, I'm truly grateful for the people I met and the family that I made with all the staff and the travelers from around the world, I recommend this to anyone that wants to grow in all areas of their lives, gracias Arturo y gracias a todo el equipo de the hostel, volveré pronto!

I had an amazing stay at the hostel. My volunteering role was as part of the entertainment team and entailed interacting with the guests, promoting the parties and running walking tours/cooking classes. Everyone was very welcoming, the team is amazing and all the other volunteers were lovely throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this trip if you like a chill island vibe but also enjoy partying.

Great experience. Is a lot of work and you have to communicate very well with the manager cuz they will not ask if you are completely satisfied with the work. The people is AMAZING, cannot describe the love you will get from the staff and other volunteers 🤍. The hotel is very VERY beautiful, but the volunteers rooms were in construction so it wasn't the safest place to be. Overall great experience and would recommend for anyone who wants to have fun. Thank you Arturo for everything.

I spent at the hostel 5 weeks helping with breakfasts, Isla Mujeres is such a beautiful place, even it's small you can't be bored! you have opportunity to use a bike (what i did almost everyday) so you can explore its beauty on your own; working hours are totally respected, also your days off are flexible, if you have special wish just ask; volunteers and employees stay in one dorm what makes easier building a good team; i definitely enjoyed my stay there and recommend volunteering at the hostel everyone! you will live your dreams!! muchas gracias por todo, i already miss that place and people!<3
