The experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteewho is passionate about language learning and outdoor education. Your role will be centered around:
🗣️ Language Immersion: Engaging in daily conversations with our child in your native language to create a natural and fun learning environment.
🌿 Joining the Forest Walk: Actively participating in our outdoor nature sessions, encouraging exploration, curiosity, and learning through play in the forest.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Social Activities & Community Connection
You will have the chance to immerse themselves in both nature and local culture while connecting with our family and the wider community. Whether it’s forest walks with children, language exchange sessions, or exploring the stunning landscapes of Subic Bay together, we love creating shared experiences that build meaningful connections.

We often gather for outdoor adventures, community-led activities, and shared meals where stories and traditions from different backgrounds come to life. Whether it’s hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying Filipino hospitality, you’ll feel welcome as part of our family!

📚 Skills & Knowledge We Share
We believe in learning through experience and offer volunteers a chance to engage with children in nature-based education. You’ll join forest walks, help introduce language-learning activities, and be part of an enriching environment where exploration and curiosity are encouraged.

Activities & Shift

Monday to Friday: 8-11 AM and 3-5 PM

When you're not helping with forest walks or language learning, Subic Bay offers plenty of ways to relax, explore, and soak in nature!

🚶‍♂️ Hiking & Nature Trails – Discover scenic trails at Pamulaklakin Forest, an eco-preserve with guided walks where you can learn about indigenous Aeta survival skills.

🏖️ Beach Days – Lounge by the beaches of All Hands Beach, Camayan Beach, or Baloy Beach, where you can swim, snorkel, or just enjoy the peaceful shorelines.

🐬 Marine & Wildlife Encounters – Visit Ocean Adventure to see dolphins or check out the Zoobic Safari for a close look at Philippine wildlife.

🍽️ Local Food & Culture – Explore Subic Bay’s restaurants and night markets, where Filipino flavors mix with international influences.

🛶 Water Adventures – Try kayaking, paddleboarding, or island hopping for a refreshing way to explore the coastline.

💆‍♀️ Wellness & Self-care – Enjoy yoga sessions, quiet meditation spots, or a simple walk by the bay to unwind.
