The experience

Help us keep our luxury tents and shared spaces fresh and welcoming!
Detail Cleaning, organizing, and good vibes required. 🧹✨
Daily tasks will include:
Cleaning and refreshing Safari Tents and shared facilities
Making beds and replacing linens when needed
Keeping common areas (like bathrooms, lounges, and paths) clean and organized
Helping with laundry (washing, drying, folding)
Noticing and reporting any maintenance issues


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Between 18 and 32 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Volunteer at Surf Club Keros for 5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
In exchange, you’ll receive free accommodation in shared Safari Tents, a bicycle for easy transport, and a free shuttle to and from the camp! 🚐

Enjoy 1-2 full days off each week to explore Limnos, try watersports, and unwind in paradise. 🌊
Become part of a welcoming international community, living in a stunning, protected natural ecosystem. 🌿


Activities & Shift

Volunteers at Surf Club Keros work 5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, with flexible shifts depending on the needs of the camp.

Your main tasks will include:

Cleaning and tidying Safari Tents and shared spaces (bathrooms, lounges, etc.)
Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring tents are ready for guests
Organizing common areas and helping maintain a tidy environment
Assisting with laundry and general housekeeping tasks
Supporting the team with any additional tasks as needed

We aim to keep the shifts light and manageable, allowing you plenty of time to enjoy your free days, explore the island, or dive into watersports. 🏄‍♀️


Rules

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all volunteers to follow these simple guidelines:

Respect the Environment: As we are located within a protected Natura 2000 ecosystem, please treat nature with care and respect. Follow all rules regarding the camp’s surroundings.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your shifts and meetings. If you’re unable to work due to illness or any other reason, let the team know as soon as possible.

Teamwork & Professionalism: You’ll be working closely with other volunteers and staff. Be respectful, friendly, and cooperative, and support one another for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Treat everyone, including guests and staff, with kindness and professionalism.

Work Hours: Your shifts will be 5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Ensure you’re available for your designated shifts and enjoy your 1-2 full days off each week.

Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and tidy environment for both volunteers and guests. This includes your living area, shared spaces, and the work areas.

Co-living Guidelines: The camp is a shared space, and we ask that all volunteers follow the camp rules and regulations when it comes to co-living. This includes respecting others' privacy, maintaining cleanliness in common areas (such as toilets, kitchens, and lounges), and being considerate of noise levels. Be mindful that we live in close proximity to each other, respect is the key to happiness.

No Alcohol or Drugs: We are a family-friendly environment, and for everyone’s safety and wellbeing, we do not tolerate excessive drinking or drug use.
