Program Details

Our project is based in Zagora, Morocco, at the gateway to the Sahara Desert. We are a family-run hostel and cultural space welcoming travelers from all over the world. Our goal is to create a place of cultural exchange, community support, and sustainable living, while offering an authentic Amazigh (Berber) hospitality experience.

Volunteers joining our program will support us in the daily life of the hostel and in the development of small community and eco-friendly projects. Tasks may include housekeeping, cleaning shared areas, welcoming guests, helping with meals, gardening, simple maintenance, creative or artistic activities, and supporting cultural events when they take place.

This program is based on exchange and collaboration. In return for their help, volunteers receive:
Accommodation at the hostel
Shared meals
Cultural immersion with a local Amazigh family
A friendly, respectful, and international environment
Free time to explore Zagora, the oasis, and the desert surroundings
We value respect, openness, responsibility, and teamwork. This experience is ideal for volunteers who are curious, motivated, and interested in learning about Moroccan culture, desert life, and community-based tourism.

Our project aims to grow slowly and consciously, contributing positively to the local area while creating meaningful connections between people from different cultures.
