The people is really what makes this place magical. The manager and assistant manager are super helpful and welcoming. The place is a bit isolated, but with some nice hiking trails. All in all a great experience!

This was genuinely my favouritethethe the hostelI've ever stayed at. Despite not being close to much else the amount of daily events and group of staff I had the pleasure of being with made my team here magnificent and not once did I find myself bored. The facilities are really nice with heaps of rooms and space. The work is very easy and relaxing and never did I feel like I was being overwhelmed. Couldn't recommend this place anymore.

I had the most incredible month atthethethe hostel. It is such an amazingthethe the hostelwhich attracts the coolest people, both guests and other volunteers. Despite being in an isolated area, I was never bored, with always something to do, either hanging out with other volunteers, or being in the surrounding nature of the highlands. One thing I would say that didn't always run smoothly was management, which I felt was sometimes neglected and left for the volunteers to pick up at times. I know this is a work in progress, but it did feel unprofessional and frustrating. Despite this I still 100% recommend.

This was genuinely one of the best hostels I've ever been at. The vibe and atmosphere of the place was super chill yet exciting and inviting. The events that were run every night were super fun and engaging ranging from pool and ping pong tournaments to trivia and even traditional Scottish dancing nights. As a volunteer the work was very easy and the hours were always respected. Based right on the hostelas well the location was perfect, would just recommend to buy some food beforehand! Overall the volunteers and staff here made the place a home away from, I would 100% recommend staying here!!

The hostelhas been one of the most unforgettable and rewarding experiences of my life. What started as a 2-week volunteer role turned into 2+ months of amazing memories. The views are unreal, but it's the people that make it special. Belle is an incredible manager, supportive, kind, full of energy amazing person learn from due to her years ofthethe the hostelexperience. She creates such a fun, welcoming vibe for everyone. The work is fair and well-organised, the events are a blast, and the community feels like family. I'll always be grateful for my time here!

My time at the hostelis by far one of my greatest experiences so far! The work was very reasonable and clear, and volunteer accommodation was comfortable. Everyone at the hostelwas so welcoming and I gained a new family! I could not recommend this volunteering opportunity enough! My time volunteering at the hostelwas incredibly fun and rewarding. More than just waking up each day to the gorgeous sights ofthethethe hostel, the management team and other volunteers all made it very difficult to not feel perfectly at home within the cosythethe hostel. The shifts were simple and left us with ample time to experience the surrounding nature and to participate in the daily events. If you're like me and desperate to take a step backwards from the bustle of the city, then the hostelwill be perfect for you!

Amazing experience! Thethethe the hostelis right onthethethe hostel, with buses stopping at the door! Nature all around, great hiking trails, and kayak rentals on sunny days. It's peaceful but also super social. There are fun daily events and activities for guests and volunteers: pool tournaments, ping-pong, flippong, beer pong, card and board games, trivia nights, karaoke, bonfires, and the famous Scottish Ceilidh Dance! Tasks are simple, and shifts are flexible. We've great 24/7 access to food like tea, oats, fruit, bread, and more. Highly recommended! One of the bestthethe the hostelvibes I've experienced! :)

I had so much fun at the hostelside and met so many amazing other travellers and friends! The work hours are super easy and thethethe the hostelis always social so it's very easy to fit right in and feel at home straight away. Overall I recommend thisthethe the hostelto anyone looking for a great time in Scotland!😊
