The BEST team in the WORLD. Since my first day everyone made me feel like home. The hours of work and things to do were always clear and the communication was always easy and direct. I actually stayed longer than planned because of how confortable I was with all the staff and the environment! Make the other guests feel like home is your main job, as well as promoting the events going on in the hostel. Be ready to talk with lots of people and have so much fun, because that's what you will have to do! Thank you to the whole the hostel family💚 Alla faccia dei guardie!

Well..If you are a social person,who loves meeting people from around the globe and you are flexible and creative in a way;this experience is for you.The main task is to bring the people together and organise the activities for the hostel.the hostel offers a warm and safe environment in reverse of how hostel life might be perceived;alongside is a good way of experiencing life in Milan and surrounding cities.Finally,thank you O.B. for hosting me;it was a versatile journey.

An incredible experience and team. From day 1 they make you feel very welcome, everyone is very friendly. You are the only volunteer in the hostel so you organize all the activities yourself, likewise, the staff is always willing to help. They fulfill everything promised, they deliver food and drinks so it is easy to save with this experience. I had an incredible time, you are going to have a lot, a lot of social life with this volunteering 🩷🩷🩷

The hostel has been an increible experecie! Since my arrival at the hostel, all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The main activities for this project were the event planning for the guest entertainment, but one of the biggest challenges was the vacation season in the hostel, which reduced in a big part the option of activities. For my fortune, the staff was already prepared for this season where everything is closed. Thank you so so much Eugenio and Gabi for making my first time in Italy a wonderful experience.

The hostel is an unique place with an amazing vibe. I made friends for life and had an amazing time. But if you are coming to this experience bc of the party planner job, it might not be the best option because the work is 80% helping at the bar collecting glasses. But if you are going for the city, is perfect! It's so well located and you get to meet the coolest people in Milan, artists and etc.

Curti bastante minha experiência! O trabalho era tranquilo e com uma rotina leve, meu turno era noturno, então conseguia aproveitar o dia pra conhecer a cidade e fazer minhas coisas. A localização é ótima, bem no centro de Milão, o que facilita muito pra explorar e se locomover. Além disso, o hostel tem um ambiente super sociável, perfeito pra fazer conexões com outros viajantes e pessoas de diferentes lugares. Recomendo pra quem quer uma experiência leve e bem localizada em Milão!

El hostel fue un hogar para nosotros🫶🏻 el staff se convirtió en nuestra familia, de todos y cada uno recibimos un cariño inmenso. Nos dio mucha pena irnos ya que habíamos generado un cariño increíble por el hostel y por todos❤️ Las tareas son según lo acordado y muy sencillas y tienen muchísimos beneficios para voluntarios. Si sos una persona sociable lo vas a amar ya que estás en contacto con mucha gente:) Ojalá podamos volver pronto❤️

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increíble de principio a fin. El hostel tiene todo lo que uno necesita, pero lo que realmente lo hace especial es la energía que se vive ahí. Desde el primer día me sentí como en casa gracias al staff, que más que trabajadores son amigos y familia. Quiero dar un saludo enorme a Kika, Jorgelina, Viola, Francesco y Alessia, que con su buena onda hicieron mi estadía inolvidable. ❤️ Sin dudas, lo recomiendo al 100%: es mucho más que un lugar para dormir, es un lugar para disfrutar y sentirse parte de algo especial.

La mia esperienza di permanenza all'the hostel è stata incredibile. Dal momento del mio arrivo, l'intero team mi ha accolto con grande entusiasmo, gioia e affetto. I capi lavorano con noi tutto il tempo, sono molto professionali, sempre pazienti a spiegarmi tutti i dettagli delle attività e ad aiutarmi con tutte le domande che si presentano. Il lavoro quotidiano è leggero, divertente e mi ha aiutato molto a sviluppare le mie capacità di comunicazione. Raccomando l'esperienza a chiunque voglia godersi il meglio del centro di the hostel, conoscere cittadini e divertirsi! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
