This was a very laid back experience. Heiko and Susan did not give much guidance. The farm is very overgrown and the house is dirty. Heiko and Susan were very welcoming and generous with their space and food. They departed for a convergence while I was there and me and the other volunteer were left in charge of the animals( a dog, cat and chickens). This was a lovely experience because it enabled us to have some down time and we knew what was expected of us. Lots of reading time.

The farm was our first experience like worldpackers. It was great. We were receive by Heiko and his wife Susan very well, they were so kind with us, we really felt welcome there.we had a great time together, sharing meals and making nights happy with Heiko's music! the farm is a great place very sustainable, it shows you how you can live permaculture in your own garden. The place it's peaceful and quiet. It's ideal for whom looks for tranquility

Mi estancia con Heiko y Susan ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Son dos muy buenas personas con las que es muy fácil convivir. Se preocupan por ti y quieren que estés a gusto. Las conversaciones con ellos son siempre muy interesantes y divertidas. Estar con ellos es como sentir la paz del hogar. Llevan un estilo de vida tranquilo y la casa está llena de naturaleza y verdor. Es un lugar muy bonito para vivir. Además, el perro Finn es muy bueno y cariñoso. Sobre todo recomiendo este lugar por lo amables y hospitalarios que son Heiko y Susan. Durante este tiempo he sido un irlandés más. Gracias

Es un buen lugar para desconectar y estar tranquila :) La experiencia ha sido muy interesante! He aprendido mucho acerca de plantas (ej. épocas de año, recolección, usos culinarios). Respecto al trato ha sido fantástico, Heiko y Susan son adorables (btw, Heiko cocina muy bien!), y Finn, el perrete, es super simpatico y amigable! Sin duda recomiendo esta experiencia :D
