Although Pwe operate as a hotel, we proudly offer special arrangements for volunteers from around the world. Our volunteers enjoy comfortable accommodations, a welcoming environment, and the chance to engage with local culture while contributing to meaningful projects. Whether you’re helping with community outreach, language exchange, or sustainability initiatives, there’s always a place for you.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
