What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Materials for volunteer activities and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers are expected to pay 5 USD per day to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Intermediate French

Over 20 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Volunteers receive an orientation about our vision and programs 🌍✨.
You’ll stay with a welcoming host family 🏑 and work under the guidance of our experienced field team, with support from the project director. 🀝🌿

Activities & Shift

Your day starts at 8:30 AM after breakfast β˜€οΈ.
Tasks include:

Turning on solar pumps and filling water tanks πŸ’§πŸ”†

Watering and caring for plants 🌱

Applying compost or cow dung around trees 🌿

Mending and maintaining plants 🌳

Documenting your work through notes or photos πŸ“ΈπŸ“

Lunch is served at 2:00 PM 🍽️.
Schedules may occasionally change to accommodate workshops, conferences, or festivals πŸŽ‰πŸŒ, offering an even richer experience!
