The experience

We are a friendly, easy going italian retired couple that lived in France till 2019. We love animals and nature, we like to eat organic food and local products, and living in a elegant place.Our Palazzo had been abandoned for 12 years before we bought it and we have achieved In Summer we open a small luxury b&b in the center of Manduria city, we have only 6 rooms, a big garden and swimming pool and is located in an old palace of the XIX Century.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

I'm looking for persons English speaking to help me in all areas
From Mai to November we need volunteers with experience in the following tasks :
Like every normal b&b, the busiest days are on weekends, which is why I need the most help possible and I would like the minimum time to stay 30 days.
The work is easy and in a beautiful environment. I am sure you will love your experience at my house.
About the organization of the work, we would pay a salary and we offer accomodation inside the Palazzo.

Activities & Shift

Help with breakfast in the morning, waiter and barman for the pool bar, multifunctions like in a little b&b.
Cleaning, control of swimming pool, gardening
