The experience

We are looking for a friendly, organized and eager to learn volunteer to help us with the administration, reception and maintenance of the hostel. If you enjoy interacting with people, enjoy welcoming environments and want to live a unique cultural experience, this position is for you!

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Morocco

Program Details

Your main activities will be:

-Serving guests at reception, providing information, helping with reservations and answering questions.
-Supporting the daily management of the hostel, such as organizing reservations, checking in and out, and basic administrative tasks.
-Performing housekeeping tasks, keeping the rooms, common areas and bathrooms clean and organized.
-Contributing to creating a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
