15 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details

Coliving Semkovo is Europe’s largest coliving project for digital nomads, creatives, and remote workers, nestled in the majestic Rila Mountains of Bulgaria. We’re not just a place to live—we’re a thriving experiment in community living, remote work, and collaborative utopia-building. Our cooperative model is all about shared ownership, shared space, and shared fun.

This is our first summer where we will try out many things and have a soft opening for a limited group of owners and their friends.

Activities & Shift

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, and community-minded volunteer to help foster an engaging and connected atmosphere by organizing social, cultural, and wellness activities for our residents.

This is best suited for people that are active and enjoy the activities that they will organize.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and host weekly activities like game nights, potlucks, movie screenings, hikes, yoga sessions, workshops, etc.

- Encourage participation and gather feedback from residents to tailor events to their interests

- Collaborate with other volunteers and the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and communication

- Create promotional posts and updates in our community channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Insta, Facebook) to promote the activities

Support onboarding of new residents by helping them feel welcomed and integrated
