What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Arabic

Between 19 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

United States visa or citizenship

Program Details

Apply, get approved, travel, make sure you have your health insurance and travel documents in order, we will offer accommodation and food , tourism programs shall be at the discretion of the organisation, if you come during festivals you will be requested to participate. the goal is to train as much Socotrian people as possible in your skills and have them continue to benefit from the training

Activities & Shift

Meet with locals, make a program for the duration of your trainings , inform them of the outcome, go for cultural information dissemination once a week in the Educational Institutes

We are in Arabic Island , Islamic cultural values to be observed no indecency, foul languages and obscenities women to dress appropriately. Respecting the locals is mandatory.
