Volunteer with native populations in the Pacific region
The experience
We are missionary nuns in the Pacific region of Colombia. Along the river San Juan are the native and afrocolombian villages that we serve. This convent has been abandoned for ten years and the people are happy now that the nuns have returned. In our village there is a school and a medical center where we give a helping hand. We also prepare children for the sacraments. Most importantly, we advocate for peace.
