The experience

If you have a van will be much easier.
The help would mostly involve bungalow construction and gardening or new constructions.

After a couple days at the farm, we can teach you watersport activities like Kitesurf, Wakeboard


What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Portugal


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

I’m a watersport instructor spending my time between my farm, that needs a lot of care, and my watersport center. 1h distance between.
The help would mostly involve bungalow construction and gardening. There is always something to mend or need new constructions. In April, May and June there is a lot of tasks with fences and planting. We can go Aveiro to work on school and we can teach you watersport activities like Kitesurf, Wakeboard...
