What you offer
32 hours of help per week

Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
Weβll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Commitment and Reliability
We ask volunteers to commit to the full 20-day duration of the summer camp. Your consistent presence and participation are essential to the success of the program.

Activities & Shift
Kitchen Schedule and Responsibilities:
The kitchen operates with two shifts: one in the morning and one in the evening.
Each shift has 5β6 volunteers.
Shifts last approximately 5β6 hours, leaving you free for the rest of the day.
Shift schedules are organized collaboratively between international volunteers and the camp coordinator.
Kitchen Schedule:
Morning Shift:
β’ Breakfast preparation, kitchen cleaning, and preparation for future meals: 08:00 am β 09:30 am
β’ Snack preparation: 10:30 am
β’ Lunch preparation and kitchen cleaning: 12:45 pm β 3:45 pm
Evening Shift:
β’ Snack preparation and preparation for future meals: 4:45 pm
β’ Dinner preparation and kitchen cleaning: 7:45 pm β 10:15 pm
Important:
Volunteers do not cook. Our professional Chef is responsible for all cooking. π¨βπ³
Main volunteer tasks include:
βͺ Preparing simple meal items (e.g., cutting bread, preparing fruit for dessert)
βͺ Setting the table and preparing dinnerware and cutlery
βͺ Dishwashing
βͺ Cleaning the kitchen after meals
Free Time:
When not on duty, volunteers are encouraged to relax, join camp activities, or engage with the children.
We are continually creating new ideas to help volunteers get more involved with the kids and enhance the experience for everyone! π
