Hi! My name is Sun, and I’m a local student living in Hue, Vietnam. I love meeting travelers from around the world, learning about different cultures, and improving my English.
My big dreams are to open my own hostel one day and to travel the world as a backpacker. That’s why I’m excited to meet volunteers who are happy to share their backpacking and hostel experiences with me.

What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 27 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and reading books about business, personal development, and investing. I hope your interests might be a little similar to mine, so we can have meaningful conversations and learn from each other.
I’m also building my journey as a content creator in Hue, creating content about local food spots, hostels, and local life. If you have time, you’re very welcome to join me in creating content together.
In exchange for helping me practice English through my podcast and assisting with some simple household chores, you can join me in a free walking experience around Hue, where I’ll share local perspectives and places I love.
