Program Details

This is a hands-on maintenance and outdoor support program designed for volunteers with previous experience in maintenance-related tasks.

The work focuses on supporting the daily operational needs of the property, following clear instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

This is not a learning-from-scratch program. Volunteers are expected to arrive with basic practical experience and be comfortable working independently once trained on our procedures.

Activities & Shift

Activities include painting and touch-ups, basic construction and repairs, light plumbing tasks (such as adjusting sinks, faucets, or toilets), preventive maintenance, garden and outdoor care, and basic pool support.

The work schedule is 25 hours per week, usually 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

If support is needed during a weekend event or special situation, one weekday will be swapped to keep the total at 25 hours per week.

Daily tasks are defined by the maintenance team based on operational priorities.

Rules

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. All volunteers are required to fully comply with this policy at all times.

Volunteers must follow safety guidelines, respect the property, use tools responsibly, and follow instructions from the maintenance team.

Respect for schedules, shared spaces, staff, and guests is mandatory.
