Overview
This volunteer program is dedicated to empowering local communities in Ha Giang, Vietnam, by providing English language education to local drivers, low-income individuals, and disadvantaged children in orphanages. Many locals rely on tourism for their income, and learning English can significantly enhance their opportunities. By joining this program, volunteers will play a crucial role in bridging the language gap and helping the community grow.

Objectives
To equip local drivers and low-income individuals with basic English skills for better communication with tourists.

To support orphaned and disadvantaged children by teaching them English, helping to improve their future education and job prospects.

To assist small businesses by creating simple English menus, signs, and guides to enhance their services for international travelers.

Daily Activities
As a volunteer in the program, you will engage in various activities that support local drivers, low-income individuals, and disadvantaged children. The schedule is flexible and allows for cultural immersion while making a meaningful impact.

1. Teaching English to Local Drivers & Low-Income Workers

3. Behavior & Conduct
✅ Be patient, kind, and supportive when working with learners of all ages.

4. Accommodation & Shared Spaces
✅ Keep your living space clean and respect shared facilities.
✅ Follow any accommodation-specific rules set by hosts.

5. Interaction with Children & Vulnerable Groups
✅ Always be professional and respectful when engaging with children.

✅ Never give money or gifts directly to children—coordinate with staff instead.
