Manager – ACCF
Key Responsibilities:
• School & Volunteer Management – Supervise operations, recruit/train staff, and coordinate volunteers.
• Fundraising & Finance – Secure funding, manage budgets, and ensure transparency.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years in NGO management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and fundraising skills.
• Fluent English; understanding of Cambodian culture is a plus.
Contract: 6 months.

What you offer

Program Details
Professional Profile: Manager for ACCF (Cambodia Child First Association)
Purpose:
To oversee and enhance ACCF’s mission to help underprivileged and vulnerable children in rural Siem Reap by providing education, basic needs, and sustainable village support. The role focuses on empowering children to become employable, dignified, and self-reliant adults.
Core Competencies and Skills
1. Education and Language Skills:
• Fluent in professional English (written and spoken).
2. Administrative and Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage school operations.
• Experience in project and volunteer management.( optional)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
3. Fundraising and Proposal Writing:
• Exceptional writing skills to craft compelling proposals for sponsorship and funding.
• Experience in preparing grant applications and donor communication.
4. Accounting and Financial Management:
• Proficiency in accounting and budget management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and transparency standards for NGOs.
5. Technological Proficiency:
• Skilled in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation is a plus.
6. Cultural and Social Sensitivity:
• Strong understanding of Cambodian culture and the challenges of rural communities.
7. Leadership and Collaboration:
• Ability to inspire, lead, and collaborate with a diverse team of teachers, staff, and volunteers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with local communities, government agencies, and donors.
Location: Rural areas of Siem Reap, Cambodia
Activities & Shift
Volunteer Contract Type:
6 months
Full-time, renewable annually.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening commitments as needed.
