Administrative Assistant on Permaculture Farm
The experience
We are looking for someone to assist part time with administrative tasks such as editing documents, filing payments, and arranging schedules and transportation for our farm.
You will split your time between these tasks and volunteering in bioconstruction and/or agroforestry.
There are also opportunities to attend workshops, go on tour of the region, and participate in social events with others throughout the week.
What you offer

Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements
Fluent English and Fluent Portuguese
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
We are a permaculture farm practicing bioconstruction and agroforestry with a focus on agroforestry coffee. Our programming is typically Monday-Friday. Tuesday we have educational workshops and Thursday we have a field trip. We have shared volunteer houses where our staff and volunteers live that are stocked weekly with grocery basics. The volutneer houses are 10 minutes walking from a bus stop that takes you into town.
