The experience was excellent. Phuc and Lily are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable and offer to take you out from time to time. The tasks were simple and generally short. The house is comfortable and the food is delicious. Best of all, they have a beautiful family who made me feel at home at all times. No complaints.

I truly loved my time here! Hoang and Lily, along with their wonderful families, made me feel welcome from the very beginning. They helped me so much and introduced me to many delicious local dishes, which I absolutely loved. The volunteering work was relaxed and fulfilling, and the children were a joy to teach. On my free days, they even gave me rides closer to the citythe home, which I really appreciated. Using Grab was also very easy. It was such a lovely experience, and I highly recommend them! They really made my stay in Hanoi great, and I can't thank them enough!

Lily and Phuc were amazing hosts! I felt truly welcome and part of their sweet family. They were all eager to share Vietnamese food/culture with me. I also appreciated their thoughtfulness as they would often go out of their way to help me like offering me rides to thethe home. The workload was flexible and really light. I had a lot of time to myself to explore and to work on my remote job. It was also a pleasure to teach the kids. The space was comfortable and modern. I had a nice room and a bathroom to myself. I enjoyed my stay here a lot!

Phuc and Lily and their family are so welcoming, make you feel at home and treat you like family! I only volunteered for 2 days and had 2 days off to explore! The volunteering is easy, just to help either Lily or Phuc with their class for a couple of hours. Phuc picked me up and dropped me off at the airport when I left, which was perfect. Their home is also newly built, so it's modern, clean and comfortable. They took me out to eat as well to try new Vietnamese dishes and treated me to milk tea and ice cream! When we didn't eat out there was always delicious food that Phuc's family cooked.

I had the best time with Lily and Phuc. They are such nice people and will be happy to help with any requests you might have. The job itself is very simple and the kids are adorable. The house youll be staying at has everything you need and if not there are a lot of stores close by. I would definitely recommend this place for you if you like kids and want a lot of free time

I have no words enough to be grateful to Lily and Phuc and the entire family. They are really lovely, I felt a member of their family, we shared great memories together. The kids at school are very polite and teaching them was more a pleasure than a job. cam on!

Staying with Phuc and Lily was amazing ✨ they are so kind, generous, inspiring and fun! Their whole family is lovely and their little children are the smartest and cutest. I loved trying so many local dishes with them, we ate so much🤣 we shared nice and interesting conversations and I even learned some Vietnamese. Teaching the kids never felt like work, it's easy and the instructions are clear! I also had plenty of time to do my own things and explore. I highly recommend this experience and will definitely come back one day! Cảm ơn 🫶🏻😍

Super accomodating and compassionate family. Phuc and Lily really go above and beyond to give the best experience possible, taking me in as one of the family and teaching/showing me a lot about the country and culture. Very supportive teaching environment, concise instructions with helpful tips and the students are a pleasure to teach. Thankyou guys for an amazing experience !
