We’re inviting friendly and adventurous volunteers to join our team in the heart of Kazbegi! In exchange for your help, we offer a cozy place to stay, delicious meals, and an unforgettable experience in one of Georgia’s most breathtaking locations.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
What you get
1 day off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants:
Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Discounts on Drinks:
Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Available Volunteer Positions:
1. Kitchen Volunteer (Kitchen Assistant or Kitchen Head Volunteer)
For those who love cooking or want to gain experience in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and cooking
Help keep the kitchen clean and organized
Occasionally share ideas for new dishes or assist with breakfast preparation
Ideal for: Passionate food lovers, aspiring chefs, or anyone who enjoys cooking and working in a kitchen.
2. Hospitality & Front Desk Volunteer (Administrator Volunteer)
For friendly and organized individuals who enjoy interacting with guests.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out
Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
Help with basic administrative tasks, such as responding to inquiries and managing reservations
Ideal for: Outgoing and responsible people with good communication skills. English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
3. Service & Guest Experience Volunteer (Waiter/Service Volunteer)
For those who enjoy making guests feel at home by providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Assist in serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Ensure the dining area is clean and welcoming

Activities & Shift
Shifts & Schedule
We operate with a 6-hour working day, with all shifts taking place during the day and no overnight shifts. Our volunteers work 5 days a week, ensuring you have plenty of free time to enjoy Kazbegi’s natural beauty and relax.
Shift Breakdown:
Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM):
Kitchen volunteers assist with breakfast prep and morning tasks.
Administrator volunteers will handle morning check-ins and guest inquiries.
Service volunteers help with breakfast setup, serving, and ensuring dining areas are clean and welcoming.
Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM):
Kitchen volunteers support with lunch and dinner preparation.
Administrator volunteers will assist with any afternoon guest requests and reservations.
Service volunteers will help set up for dinner service, serve meals, and maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the dining area.
Days Off:
Volunteers will receive 2 days off each week to explore Kazbegi, relax, or enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking or sightseeing.
Working Hours Summary:
Average weekly work hours: 30 hours (6 hours per day, 5 days a week)
Shifts: Day shifts only (no overnight work)
Days off: 2 days off per week
Rules
To ensure a smooth and positive experience for both our volunteers and guests, we have established a set of guidelines that help maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional environment. We kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your time with us.
General Conduct:
1. Respect and Courtesy: Treat all guests and fellow volunteers with kindness and respect. We promote a friendly, collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels valued.
2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your shifts. If you need to adjust your schedule for any reason, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
3. Teamwork: Work together with your fellow volunteers and hotel staff to create a positive experience for everyone. Open communication and cooperation are key.
Workplace Guidelines:
4. Dress Code: Wear clean, comfortable clothing appropriate for the role you’re performing.
Behavior Expectations:
Substance Use: Alcohol or any form of substance abuse is not allowed during working hours. If you need to drink or smoke, please do so during your free time and in designated areas.
Personal Boundaries: Respect the personal boundaries of your fellow volunteers and guests. We strive for a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
