What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate Italian and Intermediate English

Between 18 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

Program Details

Our Academy provides hands-on training to teach you how to work in a 5-star resort environment. You will gain experience in guest service, watersport equipment management, and activity support, with a focus on luxury standards.
Successful trainees may continue with a paid apprenticeship contract.

Activities & Shift

Morning preparation of the watersport center (equipment check, setup)

Assisting instructors during lessons and rentals

Greeting and supporting guests at the beach or on boats

Afternoon equipment cleaning, storage, and shift handover

Typical shifts: 6–8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week (depending on season an weather)
