The experience

Join our Maska Community in the Sacred Valley to assist in preparing nourishing vegan meals and healthy juices for our community. As a volunteer, you’ll help cook plant-based food that supports the ceremony diet, ensuring our guests receive wholesome, healing nourishment during their time with us. In exchange, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with nature, participate in ceremonies, and immerse yourself in a conscious community.


What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Program Details

Join our Maska Quechua Community in the Sacred Valley and contribute to our spiritual retreats by preparing nourishing vegan meals and healthy juices for ceremonies. This is a volunteer opportunity where you'll immerse yourself in a conscious community, participate in sacred rituals, and help create a supportive environment for our guests. We seek someone passionate about plant-based food, wellness, and spiritual practices. Your work will directly enhance the experience of those on their healing journey.


Activities & Shift

Assist in preparing and serving vegan meals and ceremonial juices
Ensure the kitchen and food preparation area are kept clean and organized
Work with other volunteers to create balanced and healing food for guests
Participate in meal planning based on the dietary needs of retreat participants
Assist in the preparation of ceremonial food and juices for the Ayahuasca retreat
Shift Structure:

5 hours per day, 5 days a week (total of 25 hours per week)
Flexible shifts depending on the retreat schedule, with some evenings and weekends involved
Communal meals and time for rest and personal activities in between shifts
