Review: Our team will review your application to ensure that your interests align with our current projects and volunteer needs.

In some cases, we may schedule a brief interview to discuss your motivations and determine how you can best contribute to our mission.

2. Position Assignment
Once your application is accepted, we will match you with a volunteer position that aligns with your skills, interests, and availability. We offer a wide range of positions across various areas, such as community visiting, education, environmental conservation, and more.

Volunteers are assigned a project or team to work with, and you’ll receive all the necessary information about your role, responsibilities, and the project’s goals.

3. Training and Orientation
We provide an orientation session to help you understand our mission, values, and expectations for volunteers. During this session, you’ll learn about the specific projects you’ll be involved in, the community we serve, and any important safety or cultural guidelines.

Depending on the role, additional training may be provided, especially for specialized tasks such as mentoring, environmental work, or administrative duties.

4. On-the-Ground Experience
As a volunteer, you’ll work directly with local communities, team members, and other volunteers to make a tangible impact. Whether it’s helping to build homes, teaching children, or supporting fundraising efforts, your time and efforts will contribute to the success of our projects.
