repair and paint my garage and walkway

The experience

those who enjoy working with their hands, explore the area for food, onsen and hiking. I need to move my metal garage about 50m and paint it black. I also need to build a covered walkway (about 6m with scaffolding) because I cannot get in and out of the house in winter when the snow is heavy.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Chinese

Between 18 and 60 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

There are 2 rooms with 2 beds, there are also 3 sofa beds and an extra bed in the upstairs common area where guest hangs out. There is a large kitchen where we hang out most of the time. I need help with some lifting and moving in the morning and I should be able to manage the work that can be done alone.

Activities & Shift

If we finish the work. We can go out for meals and travel. I am pretty flexible but enjoy intensity but I understand not everyone is like that.
