Guide students of beginner to intermediate levels in a supportive, fun environment. Share your passion for surfing, teach techniques, and inspire confidence on the waves. What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 21 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

the camp is gonna be 7 days in total (the first one in March), each day with a surf session and an activity during the day. it's gonna be a small group of up to 10 ladies, maybe a fellow volunteer will join ;)
we prefer that you arrive the week before so you can get to know the surf spots and get to know the hostel.

Activities & Shift

you are in charge for the surf sessions. we will organize the transportation, the boards, everything else, we just need you to teach these ladies how to surf and how to get better.
for the weeks outside the retreat you will help out in the hostel (check ins, cleaning, reception)

Rules

we don't have any rules, as long as you are a good human being and have a true desire to connect, this is the right place for you !
also, we are not a party hostel ;)
