The experience
As a Worldpackers volunteer at Amano Ceramics Lab, you’ll assist in various tasks, including clay preparation, glazing, kiln loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean workspace. You’ll support workshops, help organize materials, and assist artists in their creative process. Additionally, you’ll engage with visitors, document projects, and contribute to the overall workflow of the studio, gaining hands-on experience in ceramic arts.

Description:
Includes a private room, weekly laundry, access to AMANO Lab (tools, clay, firings), basic kitchen supplies, mentorship, artist talks, cultural walks, and a contribution to our emergency fund, studio growth, and local causes like women artisans and community gardens. Your fee helps sustain a creative, regenerative space in Guanajuato.
