This Summer, we’re looking for energetic, reliable, and team-spirited volunteers to help keep our camp running smoothly! If you are hardworking, friendly, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a true team player, this is for you!

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 19 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

Program Details

Your Role as a Volunteer


As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the camp while fostering an engaging and supportive environment for participants. Your contributions will directly impact the participants' experience and progress.

Real talk: Filolo is a holiday camp and not a 9 to 5 office job. It is an intense but amazing experience that demands 100% effort, attention and care almost 100% of the time.
We need to live the energy, have a positive and flexible attitude and always take unexpected events with a smile.

Activities & Shift

Volunteer Responsibilities
⏳ Flexible Shifts
- 8 hours per day
- One complete day off per week

🛠 Providing Logistical Support
- Assisting with transportation arrangements

🥘 Kitchen Assistance
- Helping the cooks with meal preparation
- Assisting with dishwashing after every meal
- Organising snacks for participants and ensuring they never go hungry
- Serving the food
🧹 Housekeeping & Hygiene Maintenance


- Keeping the camp environment clean and tidy
- Ensuring shared spaces remain hygienic and organized
- Ensuring participant accommodation is kept clean

- Motivating, supporting and encouraging participants
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
