The experience

Experienced Content Creator (Photography & Writing)
We are looking for an experienced photographer and content writer to create high-quality visual and written content mainly for Instagram.
This position requires real experience in photography and content creation.
A portfolio or Instagram account is mandatory.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Program Description – Content Writer & Photographer
We are looking for an experienced Content Writer and Photographer to help us create high-quality visual and written content, mainly for Instagram and selected online platforms.
This position focuses on content creation, not social media management.
We are not looking for beginners or people who want to “learn photography”.
You should already know how to:
Take strong, well-composed photos
Write clear, engaging captions and short texts
Understand what kind of content works on Instagram and similar platforms
Activities & Responsibilities
Taking high-quality photos of:
Rooms and apartments
Pool, garden, common areas
Lifestyle and atmosphere shots (light, details, mood)
Creating Instagram-ready content (photos + captions)
Writing short, clear texts for:
Instagram captions
Website sections (when needed)
Organizing and delivering usable content in a structured way
Supporting our visual presence across different platforms (mainly Instagram)
Important:
This role is about creating content, not posting daily, not answering messages, and not managing accounts.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a content writer and/or photographer
Strong eye for aesthetics, light and composition
Ability to work independently and deliver finished content
Experience with Instagram content formats
Portfolio, website or Instagram account required

Shifts & Schedule
Approx. 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule, daytime only
No night shifts
Sundays off (3 days off in total)
Work is results-oriented: quality matters more than speed.

All general house rules that apply to our guests apply to volunteers as well.
Keeping your room clean and tidy is your responsibility.
Punctuality is essential – work commitments must be respected.
If you prepare your own food, you are expected to clean the kitchen thoroughly afterwards (dishes, surfaces, shared areas).
We expect you to be present, attentive, and proactive. Please look around, notice what needs to be done, and take initiative.
This position is for people who are genuinely interested in the work – not just in having a free place to stay.
