The experience
πΉ Responsibilities:
Maintain and care for the vegetable garden (watering, pruning, planting, harvesting).
Manage daily-use crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, vegetables, plantains, etc.).
Prepare and fertilize the soil using sustainable techniques.
Assist in feeding and caring for laying hens.
What you offer

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.

You can use our bikes any time you want.

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English
Between 18 and 38 years old

Join us, an eco-friendly retreat surrounded by lush nature, where we are committed to sustainable living and self-sufficiency. As a Volunteer in Agriculture & Organic Farming, youβll play a key role in maintaining our vegetable garden and contributing to our self-sustainable food system.
You'll learn and apply organic farming techniques, help cultivate crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, plantains, and leafy greens, and assist in soil preparation and composting. Additionally, youβll support the care of our free-range hens, ensuring a natural and ethical approach to egg production.
This experience is perfect for nature lovers, eco-conscious travelers, and those passionate about sustainability. No prior experience is requiredβjust enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a love for working outdoors!

Work & Commitment Rules
β³ Work Hours β Volunteers must complete 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, 2 rest days per week).

Minimum Stay β A minimum commitment of 2 weeks is required.
π« No Last-Minute Cancellations β Volunteers must respect their commitment and notify in advance if they need to leave early.
π Task Completion β Volunteers are expected to complete their assigned tasks properly before finishing their shift.
Accommodation & Meals Rules
π‘ Respect Shared Spaces β Keep your cabin and common areas clean and tidy.
π No Smoking or Drugs β Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited in the accommodations and work areas.
π½ Meals Provided β We offer 3 meals per day, but volunteers should respect meal times and help with cleanup after eating.
π΅ Respect Quiet Hours β No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment.
Guest & Staff Interaction
π€ Be Friendly & Helpful β Volunteers should interact respectfully with hotel guests and fellow staff members.
π No Disturbing Guests β Volunteers should maintain a professional attitude and avoid entering guest cabins unless authorized.
