Program Details
You will work in our school, teaching English, maths, poetry and music, as well as any other experience and skills you can offer. We have lots of vulnerable children from non-privileged backgrounds, so we ask that you are kind and compassionate, spending time with the children and teaching them essential life skills. No experience is necessary. We simply ask that you are passionate and caring. The running costs for schools in the slums is quite high and we rely largely on donations and fundraising. Any sort of fundraising projects you can coordinate are hugely appreciated.
Activities & Shift
You will work for between 3-4 hours a day, with a lunch break. On weekends, there is plenty of time to explore the city or take your own trips.
