What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Surfboards:
You can use our surfboards as much as you want.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details
We are turning a Kindergarten into a thriving cohousing and cultural space. We are inviting volunteers to help renovate, create, and build a community-driven hub that blends history, sustainability, and modern communal living.
Tasks:
🔨 Renovation & Construction – Help restore the house, including painting, carpentry, and general maintenance. Also garden activities: the house has a nice garden in front of the see and needs some care!
Activities & Shift
The program is designed to be engaging and flexible, with 4-hour workdays (Monday–Friday) and weekends free for rest and exploration.
Daily Volunteer Schedule (Monday–Friday)
10:00 – 12:00 Morning Session: Renovation
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch Break
13:00 – 15:00 Garden work
Schedule
Volunteers work Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (10:00–12:00 & 13:00–15:00).
Weekends are free for rest, exploration, or personal projects.
Be on time and respect the daily schedule.
Rules
1. Accommodation & Food
Basic accommodation is provided free of charge.
We offer basic food staples (e.g., rice, pasta, oats, some vegetables).
Volunteers must organize and cook their own meals or collaborate with others.
Cleaning up after yourself is mandatory in shared spaces.
2. Work & Safety
Always follow safety guidelines for tools and materials.
Report any broken equipment or safety concerns immediately.
Respect the heritage site—no damage, no waste, and reuse whenever possible.
If unsure about a task, ask a team leader for guidance.
No smoking indoors is allowed
3. Community Living
Be respectful to all residents, volunteers, and guests.
Keep noise levels reasonable, especially at night.
Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed.
Everyone participates in basic cleaning and maintenance.
4. Communication & Collaboration
Problems? Speak up! We encourage open and honest communication.
