WHAT IS THE ECOSPHERE?
The Ecosphere is a Permaculture venture created in 2019 in Southern Italy, in the hills of the province of Benevento and Caserta.
The cornerstones of the project are sustainable building, soil and ecosystem regeneration, and taking care of people (healthy cooking, mindfulness, and nonviolent communication).

The Ecosphere is a place where we promote, through self-sufficiency, an easier way of living in harmony with nature and ourselves. A space where we can share knowledge, develop ideas, cultivate passions and breathe clean air full of love and goodwill.

A sphere where we can share knowledge, develop ideas, cultivate passions and breathe clean air full of love and goodwill.

You will stay in our house in the village (2km away) and we go together everyday to the Ecosphere.

Activities & Shift

Hybrid Volunteering Program: Content Creation & Permaculture

Morning (1-2 hours): Create content for Instagram, Facebook, or website. This can include writing posts, editing photos, recording videos, and creating reels. You’ll have creative freedom, with some guidance on themes and direction.

Afternoon (2-3 hours): Fieldwork and hands-on experience with our permaculture project. Learn agricultural techniques, assist with planting, and help maintain the garden.

The schedule is flexible, but we ask for a minimum of 5-6 hours per day, with time split between digital and outdoor work.

WHERE YOU WILL BE LIVING
The house that houses us and the volunteers is located just a few minutes from the land, and is a home complete with all the amenities (double bed, shower, heating).
Fiamma and Fiammifero also live with us, two beautiful, affectionate and playful cats.
Camping option: for those who wish, they can stay in a tent directly at the Ecosphere, or in a camper. Drinking water, electricity, compost toilet are available on site. We are building an outdoor kitchen and restoring an outdoor shower.

Rules

We’re looking for someone who enjoys spending time with us and our little one (we have a 4-month-old baby). While we're not seeking a babysitter, it would be wonderful if you’re comfortable being around a baby. We live a healthy lifestyle—no smoking or drinking—so we prefer someone who shares similar values. It’s all about mutual respect and enjoying each other's company while working on our permaculture project and creating meaningful content.
