Intermediate English
Between 21 and 40 years old

Program Details
We'll be using timber/woodwork to design event signage, DIY cut out boards, average sized stage, at least four temporary pergolas, camp tables and matching benches and at least six sales stalls.
Upcycle seats from used tires.
We'll be working with life beads Kenya to design sail shades for the stage area and pergola cover, bunting flags for ambience purposes.
We'll be working with Naiva arts creations using upcycled wine bottles to design lamps for the lantern forest concept , DIY trinkets to hang on the stage and the pergola.
String lights/fairy lights to light the path for the—The moonlight party after party, decorating the trees with upcycle material.
Gathering firewood to set up a burning man's worthy bonfire for the moonlight party.
Pre event and onsite support and vendor communication.
Greeting and direction, managing lines and monitoring crowd flow.
Supporting performers and assisting with miscellaneous activities.

GUEST & VENDOR ASSISTANCE(During the Event)
Directing vendors to their stalls
Welcoming guests and handing out event maps/schedules
Managing the information/help desk
Assisting in the treasure hunt area—Moonlight party segment.
LOGISTICS & SUPPLIES CREW
Restocking supplies for vendors
Handling minor fixes (stall issues, lighting problems)
Managing lost & found items.
CLEAN-UP & PACK UP CREW(After the Event & After-Party)
Collecting and disposing of trash
Dismantling stalls & décor
Help packing up rented equipment
Ensuring campsite cleanliness after the after-party.
